1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading or using Tempo, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
Your use of Tempo is also governed by the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
2. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of the app may require a paid subscription.
- Billing: Payments will be charged to your iTunes or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Management: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Tempo is a tracking tool and does not provide medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any workout program. You agree that your use of the app is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from using the app.
4. Intellectual Property
The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Tempo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

We advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
